problem = why:

1. i notice during morning session, only 1 hour (saturday) tune talk (TT) hot balloon operated bcoz day time becoming hotter thus many cannot had their free ride.

2. evening session only 1/2 hour (sunday). may be only few people know about TT promo.

solution = how:

1. i suggest TT will have 2 hot balloon at least. this is so bcoz to make sure everybody got chance to have their free ride. besides, u already got RED simcard (adam) balloon. perhaps next year should have BLACK smartphone (eve) balloon.

2. to make many people aware about your promo, i suggest u have 2 mascots at least. 1 simcard n 1 smartphone. later this figurines can distribute leaflets to visitors regarding the promo which was reload rm30 got 2 free pass for hot balloon ride.

aims = vision:

1. many people (future customers) will be more happy

2. tony become trillionaires, jason = billionaires n managers = millionaires

summary = finale:

1. win win situation

2. le more le merrier. perhaps TT got 4 hot balloon. 1 broadband design + 1 laptop figure
